НОВАТОРСКИЕ ДВИЖЕНИЯ В ДОНБАССЕ В ГОДЫ ПЕРВЫХ ПЯТИЛЕТОК

Работа посвящена установлению предпосылок возникновения движения новаторов в Донбассе в годы первых советских пятилеток и их особенностей. В работе осуществлен историографический обзор состояния разработанности избранной темы в науке, рассмотрены методологические подходы к проведению исследования, проанализированы аспекты модернизации и технической реконструкции экономики Донбасса в годы первых советских пятилеток, определены предпосылки роста идейно-политического уровня трудовых ресурсов Донбасса, повышения их профессионально-технического уровня, выделены особенности и формы участия рабочих в управлении производством, рассмотрена сущность феномена массового социалистического соревнования и его формы, проводимые в Донбассе, исследован процесс возникновения и деятельности движений А.Г. Стаханова и Н.А. Изотова, определены сферы и формы участия женщин Донбасса в новаторском движении Донбасса.

INNOVATIVE MOVEMENTS IN DONBASS DURING THE FIRST FIVE-YEARPLANS

The purpose of this work was to establishing the prerequisites for the emergence of the movement of innovators in the Donbass during the years of the first Soviet five-year plans and their features. The paper provides a historiographic review of the state of development of the chosen topic in science, considers methodological approaches to conducting research, analyzes the aspects of modernization and technical reconstruction of the economy of Donbass during the first Soviet five-year plans, determines the prerequisites for the growth of the ideological and political level of the labor resources of Donbass, increasing their professional and technical level , the features and forms of participation of workers in production management are highlighted, the essence of the phenomenon of mass socialist competition and its forms carried out in the Donbass are considered, the process of emergence and activity of the movements of A.G. Stakhanov and N.A. Izotov, the spheres and forms of participation of women of Donbass in the innovative movement of Donbass are determined.
