РАБОТА КЛАССНОГО РУКОВОДИТЕЛЯ ПО ФОРМИРОВАНИЮ ЗДОРОВОГО ОБРАЗА ЖИЗНИ

В работе охарактеризованы понятия «здоровье» и «здоровый образ жизни»; изучены принципы и основы формирования ЗОЖ; рассмотрено взаимодействие учителей и родителей в вопросе формирования ЗОЖ учеников. Проведено исследование уровня знания и понимания учениками понятия «здоровый образ жизни» и составляющих ЗОЖ. Представлена работа классного руководителя по формированию ЗОЖ, выявлены основные проблемы исследуемого вопроса.

THE WORK OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TEACHER

The paper characterizes the concepts of «health» and «healthy lifestyle»; the principles and foundations of the formation of a healthy lifestyle were studied; the interaction of teachers and parents in the formation of a healthy lifestyle for students is considered. A study was made of the level of knowledge and understanding by students of the concept of «healthy lifestyle» and the components of a healthy lifestyle. The work of the class teacher on the formation of a healthy lifestyle is presented, the main problems of the issue under study are identified.
