НАЦИОНАЛЬНЫЕ МЕНЬШИНСТВА ДОНБАССА В 20-30-Е ГГ. XX В.

Цель работы заключается в определении особенностей политики СССР в отношении национальных меньшинств Донбасса в исследуемый период, а также их социально-экономического, политико-правового и культурного положения в 20-30-е гг. ХХ в. В ходе достижения цели изучено понятие национальных меньшинств Донбасса, проведен историографический обзор исследования национальных меньшинств Донбасса в изучаемый период, определена источниковедческая база изучения национальных меньшинств Донбасса, а также методологические основы исследования, изучен национальный состав населения Донбасса в 20-30-е гг. XX в., особенности эволюции концептуальных основ политики Советского государства в отношении национальных меньшинств, особенности создания, размещения и развития национальных районов в Донбассе в 20-е гг. XX в., особенности национальных меньшинств Донбасса в условиях новой экономической политики, рассмотрено политико-правовое положение национальных меньшинств в условиях общественно-политических изменений в жизни советского общества, изучено культурное развитие национальных меньшинств Донбасса в 20-30-е гг. XX в.

NATIONAL MINORITIES OF DONBASS IN THE 20-30S OF THE XX CENTURY

The purpose of the work is to determine the specifics of the USSR's policy towards the national minorities of Donbass in the period under study, as well as their socio-economic, political, legal and cultural situation in the 20-30s of the twentieth century. In the course of achieving the goal, the concept of the national minorities of Donbass is studied, a historiographical review of the study of the national minorities of Donbass in the period under study is conducted, the source base for the study of the national minorities of Donbass is determined; The methodological foundations of the study are determined, the national composition of the population of Donbass in the 20-30s of the XX century is studied, the features of the evolution of the conceptual foundations of the policy of the Soviet state in relation to national minorities are studied, the order, features of the creation, placement and development of national districts in Donbass in the 20s are studied. The features of the national minorities of Donbass in the conditions of the new economic policy are studied, the political and legal situation of national minorities in the conditions of socio-political changes in the life of Soviet society is considered, the cultural development of the national minorities of Donbass in the 20-30s of the XX century is studied.
